LIFESTYLE REDIRECTION

    RYZE 2 FLYE offers a unique lifestyle redirection program called "S.T.A.T." (STABILIZE, TEACH, AND TRANSITION)

       This program specifically focuses on teaching participants new and positive ways of how to approach, respond, and navigate everyday issues of life. 

JOB READINESS & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

   The Job Readiness component is centered around developing skills and techniques that will prepare individuals to join and compete in the job market. Our Job Readiness component is divided into a two-step category (Job Preparedness and Entrepreneurship) which is based on a career aptitude evaluation.

MENTAL HEALTH

    The RYZE 2 FLYE mental awareness component focuses on MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) that aims to improve moral reasoning and decision making to reduce the likelihood of distructive behavior, substance abuse, and poor life choices.

    The world of Fine Arts has long been a key element to the success of individuals that are artistically inclined. R2F recognizes the importance of this reality.

    Therefore, R2F has implemented within the S.T.A.T. Program a platform for participants to discover, explore, and refine their artistic abilities through music, dance, and theatre.

How do I sign up for the program?

Fill out the participant Interest form, press submit and your name will be added to candidants to contact list. You will be contacted to schedule a preliminary interview

What are the requirements to be a participant?
  • Must Be At Least 18+
  • Chicagoland Resident 
  • Two Forms of ID

How long does the program last?

The S.T.A.T. Program lasts for five weeks with a graduation ceremony upon successful completion. 

What happens after graduation?

R2F Level 1 graduates are eligible to become a part of the R2F Level 2 mentorship program. This aspect of the program is focused on weekly check-ins, networking, job placement, and overall personal and professional wellbeing.

Is this a paid program?

Yes! The R2F S.T.A.T. Program pays a stipend of $500 per week for each participant over the course of 5 weeks, bringing the total paid stipend to $2500.
